An update to Wrong Move
I truly TRULY thank each and every one of you who have posted comments and suggestions to my problem. Your all probably wondering what I've done to end it so I'll let you know.
I, first, let you know that talking to my Department Manager was not a good idea (good on paper, bad on execution) What happened? He told me the same he didn't know if I could have it and then walked away. A worse situation you might think but no. I took my parents advice. I went over his head. Wonderful thing about Wal-Mart that is. If your boss doesn't like you and says mean things to you. Take it to his boss!! So I did. I told Greg (The Assistant Manager of Meat, Seafood, and the Deli) All of the things Bob said to me. I also said that Joe(Aka The German) and Richard (Nother dude I work with) would be willing to work those 5 days in the afternoon in my place. You know what he said.
He said he will resolve the matter.
What you guys don't know is the Greg is REALLY cool. He knows how important friends/family are to me so I'll get those five days off. But in case that doesn't work out. I got a plan on the backburner. I'm working with someone who would be willing to switch me so that I can go back to Produce. So let's hope something works out.
